"First Quarter on Us" Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTER AND PROMOTION PERIOD

1.1. This promotion is run by Almestar (Pty) Ltd T/A X-Corp Business Solutions, registration number 2012/063171/07, of Building 77, Studio Office Park, 5 Concourse Crescent, Lonehill, Gauteng ("X-Corp").

1.2. The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026 (both days inclusive) ("Promotion Period").

2. WHO QUALIFIES

2.1. The promotion is open to business customers who, during the Promotion Period, sign both:

• a rental or finance agreement for copier or printer equipment with X-Corp's appointed finance partner ("Rental Agreement"); and
• X-Corp Master Services and Equipment Rental Agreement for the related services or the Copier or IT or Telecommunications terms and conditions and Service Level Agreement: General Terms ("SLA").

2.2. The agreements must be signed during the Promotion Period and accepted by the finance house (if applicable). Applications declined by the finance house do not qualify.

2.3. Renewals, upgrades or replacements of existing X-Corp agreements do not qualify unless X-Corp agrees otherwise in writing.

2.4. One rebate applies per qualifying Rental Agreement.

3. THE BENEFIT

3.1. X-Corp will pay qualifying customers a once-off cash rebate equal to three (3) times the monthly equipment rental instalment stated in the Rental Agreement, including VAT ("Rebate").

3.2. The Rebate is not a payment holiday. The finance house will bill in accordance with the Rental Agreement from the first instalment, and the customer remains fully liable to the finance house for every instalment.

3.3. The Rebate covers equipment rental only. It does not cover SLA service fees, per-copy or usage charges, consumables, installation, or any other charges, which X-Corp will bill in the normal way.

3.4. The customer may use the Rebate as it chooses, including to fund its first three rental instalments.

4. PAYMENT OF THE REBATE

4.1. X-Corp will pay the Rebate by EFT within 30 days after the Commencement Date (the date of service activation, as defined in the rental agreement and related SLA).

4.2. Payment is subject to:

• the equipment being delivered and installed;
• the customer providing a bank confirmation letter for a business account in the customer's own name; and
• the customer's X-Corp service account being in good standing.

4.3. The Rebate is paid only to the contracting customer. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for any other benefit, or combined with any other X-Corp promotion or discount.

5. CANCELLATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

5.1. If the SLA or Rental Agreement is cancelled, or terminated due to the customer's breach of agreement, within 12 months of the Commencement Date, the full Rebate becomes repayable to X-Corp immediately. X-Corp may add it to any cancellation charges due under clause 9 of the SLA.

5.2. X-Corp's SLA: General Terms apply to this promotion. If they conflict with these terms on the Rebate, these terms prevail.

5.3. X-Corp may change or end this promotion on notice published on its website. Changes will not affect customers who signed qualifying agreements before the notice.

5.4. X-Corp's decision on whether an agreement qualifies is final, acting reasonably and in good faith.
