Everything you need to scan and capture documents is built into our software. FileDirector supports thousands of scanning and input devices to make capturing documents a breeze. Scanning profiles and templates can be created to allow FileDIrector to read and record certain parts of a document (Eg: the invoice number or client name).
Microsoft Office and Windows Explorer Integration
With Microsoft Office integration you can right click on any file and send that file to FileDirector. You can then index it, or have FileDirector automatically record the file name and date. Emails can also be captured from Microsoft Outlook too.
FileDirector allows any eCopy enabled device to be able to scan and send documents straight to FileDirector. As most MFP (multi-function printers) are eCopy enabled you can have piece of mind knowing FileDirector will integrate seamlessly into your business.
